Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Add the Brussels sprouts, broccoli, pear, and walnuts to the baking sheet. Toss with half of the olive oil oil and half of the salt. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes or until cooked through.
While the Brussels sprouts are baking, combine the ground turkey, melted coconut oil, cranberries, sage, and remaining salt in a bowl. Mix everything together with your hands and form four even-sized patties.
Heat the remaining oil in a large pan over medium heat. Add the patties and cook for seven to eight minutes per side, or until cooked through.
Serve the patties with the Brussels sprouts mixture and enjoy!
